云南聯(lián)發(fā)科技電源有限公司成立于2013年3月，是由云南金恒宇電源有限公司牽頭，根據(jù)工信部、環(huán)保部（公告2012第18號）鉛酸電池準入條件，工信部 環(huán)保部（公告2012第38號）再生鉛準入條件和云環(huán)發(fā)（2011第56號）通知的相關(guān)要求整合祿豐縣原有鉛酸電池生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和再生鉛生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，在祿豐工業(yè)園區(qū)金山片區(qū)新成立的廢鉛酸電池回收再利用生產(chǎn)鉛酸電池的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)。

聯(lián)發(fā)公司于2012年7月取得楚雄州工信委投資項目備案，項目名稱：整合建設(shè)80萬千伏安免維護鉛酸電池生產(chǎn)線和年產(chǎn)5.2萬噸再生鉛生產(chǎn)線技改搬遷擴建項目。2015年3月，云南省環(huán)境保護廳以云環(huán)審（2015）29號文件批準項目環(huán)境影響報告書，同意項目建設(shè)。

項目于2015年5月開工建設(shè)，2019年1月完成全部主體工程，生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和環(huán)保設(shè)備安裝、配套建設(shè)了廠房、庫房及辦公用房，完成了道路、供水、供電等配套設(shè)施，2019年7月相繼取得云南省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳頒發(fā)的云南省危險廢物經(jīng)營許可證和楚雄州生態(tài)環(huán)境局核發(fā)的排污許可證，2019年9月建成投產(chǎn)。公司占地100畝，廠房面積40000余平米，總投資1.2億元，現(xiàn)有員工450余人，形成了再生鉛板塊和鉛酸蓄電池制造板塊。公司利用廢舊鉛酸電池回收酸和塑料后，將廢鉛冶煉為還原鉛，再提純到99.99%的精鉛，用于鉛酸電池制造。產(chǎn)品有還原鉛、合金鉛、啟動用汽車電池、電動車動力電池等。產(chǎn)品主要銷往國內(nèi)，少部分銷往緬甸等東南亞國家，是一家集廢舊電池資源回收利用、專注于鉛蓄電池制造、銷售和研發(fā)，屬廢舊資源回收環(huán)境友好型循環(huán)經(jīng)濟科技企業(yè)，也是一家持云南省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳危險廢物經(jīng)營許可證的危險廢物處置利用資質(zhì)單位。2021年公司進入祿豐市規(guī)模以上企業(yè)行列。

The project started construction in May 2015, and completed all the main works in January 2019, the installation of production equipment and environmental protection equipment, supporting the construction of plants, warehouses and office buildings, the completion of roads, water supply, power supply and other ancillary facilities, and in July 2019, successively obtained the Yunnan hazardous waste operating license issued by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and the sewage discharge permit issued by the Ecological Environment Bureau of Chuxiong Prefecture. In September 2019, it was completed and put into operation. The company covers an area of 100 acres, with a plant area of more than 40,000 square meters, a total investment of 120 million yuan, and more than 450 employees, forming a recycled lead segment and a lead-acid battery manufacturing segment. The company utilizes waste lead-acid batteries to smelt the waste lead into reduced lead after recovering acid and plastic, and then purifies it to 99.99% refined lead for lead-acid battery manufacturing. The products include reduced lead, alloy lead, car batteries for starters and power batteries for electric vehicles. The products are mainly sold to the domestic market, and a small portion of them are sold to Myanmar and other Southeast Asian countries, is a collection of waste battery resource recycling, focusing on lead storage battery manufacturing, sales and R & D, is a waste resource recycling environmentally friendly recycling economy science and technology enterprises, but also a hazardous waste disposal and utilization of hazardous waste with the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection of Yunnan Province hazardous waste management license qualification unit. 2021 the company entered the Lufeng City above-scale enterprises In 2021, the company will enter the list of enterprises above scale in Lufeng city.
